Conservatório de Loulé gathers more than 120 musicians for a concert at the Festival MED
More than 120 musicians from the Conservatory's Orchestra and Choir, including Erasmus+ students from Estonia and Spain, performed at the Festival MED.
Within the scope of the Festival MED, on June 28th, the Conservatório de Música de Loulé – Francisco Rosado presented a concert that brought together more than 120 musicians between the Symphony Orchestra and the Choir, under the direction of conductor Henrique Constância.
This year, the concert featured the integration of 25 students on Erasmus+ mobility, coming from Estonia, Tallinn (MUBA), and Spain, Seville (CPM "Francisco Guerrero"), reinforcing the international character of this collaboration and the ties between the institutions involved.
The moment was the culmination of a week of intensive work, with several hours of daily rehearsals, which allowed the students to prepare a repertoire worthy of the demands of the Festival MED, an event known for celebrating musical and cultural diversity.
Congratulations to all the participants. The Conservatório extends a special thank you to the organization of the Festival MED and to everyone who joined in to make this event a reality: the Loulé City Council, the Parents' Association, and the AE Eng. Duarte Pacheco, also counting on the fundamental support of the Conservatório's teachers and staff.
