The Flute Masterclass with Prof. Berten D'Hollander has come to an end. A week of technique sessions, individual lessons, and flute orchestra. See the photos!
Between June 24th and July 1st, the Conservatório de Música de Loulé — Francisco Rosado hosted the Transverse Flute Masterclass, led by the prestigious Belgian flutist Berten D'Hollander and the renowned pianist acompanist Anna Granik.
This activity attracted more than two dozen participants who took advantage of an intense pedagogical dynamic, consisting of group technique sessions, individual lessons, and a vibrant flute orchestra. In between, there was still time to attend a fantastic flute and piano concert by the same duo, framed within the MED Classic (Festival MED).
The final feedback was excellent, with deeply inspiring days in which the progress was evident, leaving all students playing better and even more eager to continue practicing! Beyond the “flutistic impact”, the students also met new colleagues from other regions and countries, developing a sense of community and camaraderie among peers.
