Last Saturday, May 23rd, the Final of the VI In-house Contest - Francisco Rosado took place at the ASMN. This year's edition featured the participation of 39 students of different instruments and age groups, who demonstrated a very high level of dedication, talent, and musical maturity. Everyone's commitment was memorable, and they are all to be congratulated!
To conclude this great celebration of music, we invite the entire community to attend the customary Laureates' Concert, which will take place at the Cineteatro Louletano, on the upcoming June 21st, at 5 pm. It will be a special moment where all awarded students will receive their diplomas and those distinguished with the first prize will treat the audience to their technical and artistic quality.
Once again, as a result of the valuable protocol with the Orquestra do Algarve, students in levels D and E had the opportunity to compete for the prestigious Orquestra do Algarve Prize. To join the jury for these categories, we had the honorable presence of the Principal Conductor of the Orquestra do Algarve, Pablo Urbina, to whom we extend our sincere gratitude. This is a partnership deeply cherished by all and one that greatly enriches our students' journey.
Finally, we express our deepest gratitude to all those who made this event possible. A very special thank you to the families, whose unconditional support is the fundamental pillar for the progress and evolution of the students, both as musicians and as human beings.
Thank you all very much! 🎶
