Guilherme Pinheiro Wins 1st Prize at the Vecchi-Costa Competition
The double bass student Guilherme Pinheiro won 1st prize, in category C, at the 6th edition of the Vecchi-Costa Competition.
It is with an enormous sense of pride that the Conservatório de Música de Loulé — Francisco Rosado highlights the latest achievement of its student Guilherme Pinheiro, who reached the 1st prize (Category C) in the 6th edition of the prestigious Vecchi-Costa competition.
This excellent distinction is a direct reflection of all the effort, dedication, and commitment that the young double bassist has demonstrated throughout his musical journey. Seeing his work rewarded at the highest level elevates, once again, the name of our institution in prominent events within the musical landscape.
We extend our sincerest congratulations to Guilherme for this brilliant victory, extending our recognition to all those who daily accompany and support his artistic development, with special emphasis on his double bass teacher, professor Bruno Carneiro.
