The Decree-Law no. 109-E/2021, of December 9, which approved the General Regime for Corruption Prevention (GRPC), imposes the adoption of a Compliance Program by public and private entities with 50 or more employees, which must include:
- Prevention Plan of Corruption Risks and Related Offenses;
- A Code of Ethics and Conduct;
- Training Plan;
- Internal Whistleblowing Channel.
Internal Whistleblowing Channel
Pursuant to Decree-Law no. 109-E/2021, of December 9, which created the National Anti-Corruption Mechanism (MENAC) and established the General Regime for the Prevention of Corruption (RGPC), and Law no. 93/2021, of December 20, which approved the General Regime for the Protection of Whistleblowers, the Conservatório de Música de Loulé - Francisco Rosado provides an Internal Whistleblowing Channel, ensuring a safe and confidential means for reporting infractions.Before submitting a report, it is recommended to read the Whistleblowing Channel Regulations and the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), where you can clarify doubts about its operation, whistleblower protection, and the types of infractions covered.The channel is exclusively intended for reporting infractions provided for in the applicable legislation (RGPC). For complaints, suggestions, or requests for clarification, you should use the usual contact methods.Reports must be made in good faith, based on concrete and verifiable facts. Misuse of this channel, namely through the provision of false information, compromises its purpose and may result in sanctions.
