Laureates' Concert of the 5th edition of the Francisco Rosado Internal Competition

On June 15th, the Cineteatro Louletano hosted an important event on the annual agenda of the Conservatório de Música de Loulé - Francisco Rosado: the Laureates' Concert of the 5th edition of the Francisco Rosado Internal Competition.

The Concert of this edition featured the presentation of the students who won 1st prize in their respective competition categories (from A to E and Chamber Music), and also the delivery of diplomas and prizes to all awarded students. In addition to the Freepass, offered by the Loulé City Council, which grant access to all Cineteatro programming, this year, the students were also awarded trophies, courtesy of the CML-FR Parents and Guardians Association.

As a result of the protocol established between CML-FR and the Orquestra do Algarve, students from the most advanced levels (D and E) had the opportunity to apply for the “Orquestra do Algarve” award. In this 5th edition, the winner was student Henrique Baptista (11th grade), clarinetist, who, in the next season, will perform as a soloist in concert with the Orchestra itself. This award was presented by tenor Rui Baeta, Artistic and Cultural Mediator of the Orquestra do Algarve.
