Conservatory launches plan for the 2nd Cycle of self-evaluation

The Internal Self-Evaluation Team (EAI) of the Conservatório de Música de Loulé – Francisco Rosado (CML-FR) shared with the educational community the new Self-Evaluation Plan regarding the 2nd Evaluation Cycle. The document provided below, which is already available for consultation at our School's PBX, has the main objective of providing continuity to the work developed in the previous cycle, reinforcing the institution's commitment to a culture of continuous, consistent, and collaborative improvement.

With a well-defined schedule, this new cycle will cover the academic years 2025/2026, 2026/2027 and will extend until the first term of 2027/2028. For this phase, the EAI has defined as a priority axis of intervention the "Provision of Educational Services", aiming to further raise the quality standards of our school.

To monitor and consolidate this process with the utmost rigor, CML-FR will count on valuable external support. Professor Isabel Fialho, PhD, from the Department of Pedagogy and Education of the University of Évora and head of the School Self-Evaluation Support Program, will collaborate closely with our team.

As has been the hallmark of our school, the implementation of all stages of this plan requires the active involvement of the entire community. Evaluation is assumed by CML-FR as a shared responsibility and a collective commitment. Therefore, the success of this process depends on the voice and participation of all educational stakeholders: teaching staff, non-teaching staff, students, parents/guardians, and partners.

In the next stage, the EAI will announce the procedures for conducting the new surveys and interviews. We thank you in advance for your attention to reading the document and appeal for your collaboration and integration in the upcoming consultation moments.

The success and quality of our Conservatory are built with everyone's contribution. We count on you!
