Rumo ao Palco (Towards the Stage) is a cycle of musical conversations that aims to bring our students and their families closer to the professional reality of music and direct contact with renowned performers and composers.
Taking advantage of the visit of renowned musicians to the Algarve, the Conservatório promotes a series of informal musical conversations, in which they are invited to share their artistic journey, personal and professional experiences, as well as reflections on the practice of the musician's profession.
These sessions aim to create a space for open dialogue between students, teachers, and guests, addressing varied topics, from preparation for auditions and work in an orchestral context to study management, strategies for dealing with stage pressure, and the exploration of diverse professional paths, such as composition, production, or career management.
The presence of cellist Irena Josifoska at the Conservatório, on the 12th, is made possible within the scope of the protocol with the Orquestra do Algarve, to whom we are grateful.
This event is open to the public, with free admission subject to room capacity.
The concert, titled "Tribute to Elgar", will take place on June 14th at the Teatro das Figuras (Faro) and will bring together the soloist and the Orquestra do Algarve, under the direction of Maestro Enrico Pagano.
