Teachers from Huesca, Spain, on Job Shadowing at the Conservatório de Música de Loulé - Francisco Rosado

The Conservatório de Música de Loulé - Francisco Rosasdo received, between November 10 and 13, a visit from two teachers from the Conservatorio Profissional de Música "Antonio Viñuales Garcia" of Huesca, Spain. The initiative, framed within an Erasmus+ program, allowed the Spanish teachers to undertake a period of Job Shadowing at the facilities of our Conservatory.

During the four days of the visit, the teachers had the opportunity to closely observe the functioning of classes, the pedagogical methodology, the curricular organization, and the teaching practices of the Conservatory's faculty. This direct observation is crucial for the sharing of good practices and the exchange of experiences between different educational and cultural systems.

The visit strengthened the institution's international ties and contributed to the continuous training of the professionals involved, both visitors and hosts, enriching the perspective on music education.
