The 15th Italy Award 2025 is a World Competition organized by Italian artistic director and accordionist Renzo Ruggieri, and with Cláudio Azzaro as president, which comprises three competitions: the first, Online, held on May 13th; the Live Edition between June 20th, 21st, and 22nd; and the Bravíssimo on July 6th. The winners of each category of the Online Competition who achieve the highest score will receive a prize of €300, with fees already included, and together with the winners of the Live Edition, will directly enter the Bravíssimo for the grand final on July 6th, where the prize for the winner of winners will be €1000. This Competition includes judges from all over the world distributed across the various competition categories. Student Apolo Pereira achieved 2nd place in the category Classical Student 14, with a total of 93 out of 100 possible points. The Accordion Quartet, composed of students Clara Carmo, Apolo Pereira, Elias Ferreira, and Solange Coelho, competed in the category Junior Ensemble, achieving 2nd place for the second consecutive year with a total of 94.29 out of 100 possible points. Both student Apolo Pereira and the Accordion Quartet will be awarded a diploma corresponding to their respective classifications.
